Cabana rental placements are not guaranteed unless an express written reservation confirmation is provided to the guest by Seaside Café, LLC. At the time of cabana reservation confirmation, a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of the first day’s rental will be charged to the guest. Rental charges do not include applicable SC Sales Tax.
What are the rules for guests renting the cabanas?
Guests shall not remove any cabanas outside the designated cabana location. Beach Equipment is not allowed on the pool deck or in the cabanas. Guests shall remove all of their personal effects from the cabanas at the end of each day before the pool deck closes. Seaside Café, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal items kept or left in any cabana.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, or alcohol?
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the cabana/pool area.
Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol, coolers, and glass containers onto the pool deck.
How do i purchase food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages?
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the pool/cabana area, and may be requested to provide proof of age before receiving service. There will be no room charges for food or beverage ordered within the cabanas. Cash, credit or debit cards only.
What is included with my cabana rental?
Only TWO lounge chairs are guaranteed/provided per cabana reservation. A cocktail table, a ceiling fan, and an outlet to charge devices are also included. Rental gives you access to purchasing food and drinks to enjoy in your cabana.
Do you give refunds for inclement weather?
Regardless of weather conditions or pool deck closures, cabana rentals are final and no refunds will be issued by Seaside Café, LLC.
Can my friend who is staying at another property also rent a cabana?
No. Cabana Rentals are for guests of North Beach Resort only.
